Staff accounted for 51.5% of total operating expenditures in 2017. The bank operated a network of 187 branches in 2017.
Comparing Tatra banka with its closest peers, VUB Banka had 3,942 employees and 236 branches in 2017, Slovenska Sporitelna operated with 4,250 people and 271 branches and Prima Banka Slovakia had a network of 127 branches with 959 employees in 2017.
