Staff accounted for 51.5% of total operating expenditures in 2017. The bank operated a network of 187 branches and employed 3,754 persons in 2017.
Comparing Tatra banka with its closest peers, VUB Banka operated in 2017 with a cost to income ratio of 48.8% in 2017, Slovenska Sporitelna reached 49.7% and Prima Banka Slovakia some 63.4%.
