CSOB Slovakia made a net profit of EUR 70.0 mil under revenues of EUR 289 mil in 2017, up -15.9% and -3.87% respectively compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of EUR 83.2 mil in 2016 and an all time low of EUR -8.46 mil in 2009. The average profit in the last five years amounted to EUR 71.4 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of EUR 300 mil in 2016 and an all time low of EUR 159 mil in 2007. The average revenues in the last five years reached EUR 285 mil.
Comparing CSOB Slovakia with its closest peers, VUB Banka generated a net profit of EUR 175 mil with revenues of EUR 547 mil in 2017, Slovenska Sporitelna netted EUR 164 mil (revenues of EUR 569 mil) and Tatra banka announced a net profit of EUR 124 mil (revenues of EUR 425 mil).
