Average asset yield was 2.61% in 2017, down from 3.00% when compared to previous year. On the other hand, cost of funding amounted to 0.323% in 2017, down from 0.460%.
Comparing CSOB Slovakia with its closest peers, VUB Banka operated in 2017 with a net interest margin of 2.65% in 2017, Slovenska Sporitelna reached 2.82% and Tatra banka some 2.27%.
