When compared to total assets, bank's cost amounted to 2.09% in 2017, down from 2.22% a year earlier.
Staff accounted for 44.0% of total operating expenditures in 2017. The bank operated a network of 133 branches and employed 2,572 persons in 2017.
Comparing CSOB Slovakia with its closest peers, VUB Banka operated in 2017 with a cost to income ratio of 48.8% in 2017, Slovenska Sporitelna reached 49.7% and Tatra banka some 57.0%.
