BIDV generated total banking revenues of VND 15,430 bil in the fourth quarter of 2019, up 77.2% when compared to the same period of last year and 21.5% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of VND 15,430 bil in 4Q2019 and an all time low of VND 4,220 bil in 1Q2013. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to VND 12,247 bil.
Net interest income represented 62.2% of total revenues, fee income contributed 8.20% and other non-interest income added further 29.6% to the overall revenue generation in 4Q2019.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 4.14% total assets in the fourth quarter of 2019, up from 2.65% a year earlier.
