Mortgage loans reached USD 5.64 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Latvia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.77% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Latvia reached an all time high of USD 6.81 bil in 1Q2014 and an all time low of USD 4.89 bil in 3Q2019.
Latvia has been ranked 26th within the group of 46 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
