Mortgage loans reached USD 4.92 bil in December 2013 in Latvia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.155% more than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Latvia reached an all time high of USD 5.60 bil in February 2012 and an all time low of USD 4.71 bil in March 2013.
