Mortgage loans reached USD 0.367 bil in 2023 in Kosovo, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.49% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Kosovo reached an all time high of USD 0.376 bil in 2022 and an all time low of USD 0.161 bil in 2016.
