Mortgage loans reached USD 0.388 bil in second quarter of 2024 in Kosovo, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.25% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Kosovo reached an all time high of USD 0.388 bil in 1Q2023 and an all time low of USD 0.154 bil in 2Q2016.
