Mortgage loans reached UGX 1,048 bil in fourth quarter of 2023 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.25% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Uganda reached an all time high of UGX 1,048 bil in 4Q2023 and an all time low of UGX 310 bil in 1Q2011.
Uganda has been ranked 22nd within the group of 81 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
