Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Uganda

Mortgage loans reached UGX 432 bil in December 2011 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 7.41% less than in the previous month.

Historically, mortgage loans in Uganda reached an all time high of UGX 482 bil in June 2011 and an all time low of UGX 310 bil in March 2011.

Uganda has been ranked 7th within the group of 36 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
