Mortgage loans reached EUR 874 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Spain, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.037% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Spain reached an all time high of EUR 902 bil in 1Q2017 and an all time low of EUR 98.1 bil in 3Q1997.
