Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Spain

Mortgage loans reached EUR 504 bil in February 2023 in Spain, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.412% less than in the previous month.

Historically, mortgage loans in Spain reached an all time high of EUR 663 bil in December 2010 and an all time low of EUR 238 bil in January 2003.
