Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Kosovo

Mortgage loans reached EUR 0.332 bil in 2023 in Kosovo, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.88% less than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Kosovo reached an all time high of EUR 0.353 bil in 2022 and an all time low of EUR 0.152 bil in 2016.

Kosovo has been ranked 74th within the group of 74 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
