Mortgage loans reached EUR 0.362 bil in second quarter of 2024 in Kosovo, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.28% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Kosovo reached an all time high of EUR 0.362 bil in 2Q2024 and an all time low of EUR 0.138 bil in 1Q2016.
