Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 5.06% in 2021 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.31% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Uganda reached an all time high of 8.38% in 2014 and an all time low of 5.06% in 2021.
