Nova Ljubljanska banka is a Slovenia-based universal bank. The Bank with its subsidiaries is the largest Slovenian banking and financial group, offering a wide range of banking and other financial services to commercial and private banking clients. Its products include loans, current and saving accounts, and deposits. The bank also provides foreign exchange, e-banking, payment card, and money transfer services. The Bank makes majority of its bussines, revenues and profits in Slovenia, but is also active it other countries of the South-eastern Europe, such as in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo and Macedonia. Nova Ljubljanska banka was founded in 1889 and is headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Following bank's hefty losses and recapitalisation, the Government regained a majority in the Bank.
