D Commerce Bank AD is a Bulgaria-based commercial bank. The Bank offers a wide range of banking and other financial services to commercial and private banking clients. Its products include loans, current and saving accounts, and deposits amongst others. Bank's main priority is to support the export activities and to increase the trade turnover of Bulgaria with Turkey by financing local manufacturing, finding buyers and attracting investors for increasing the volumes and the quality of products. At the end of 2013, the Bank operated 60 branches and 70 ATMs and employed nearly 400 persons in Bulgaria. The Bank was acquired by Mr. Fuat Güven in 2006. Following a share capital increase in April 2014, Fortera Ltd. owns over 33% of the Bank.
