Based on a comparison of 21 countries in 2015, Brazil ranked the highest in mica production with 450,000 tonnes followed by China and Turkey. On the other end of the scale was South Africa with 29.0 tonnes, Egypt with 50.0 tonnes and Mexico with 160 tonnes.
