Based on a comparison of 19 countries in 2015, Brazil ranked the highest in mica production with 450,000 tonnes followed by China and Turkey. On the other end of the scale was South Africa with 29.0 tonnes, Mexico with 160 tonnes and India with 600 tonnes.
