Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2022, France ranked the highest in smokers as a percentage of 15+ year-old female population with 23.0% followed by Luxembourg and Argentina. On the other end of the scale was India with 1.40%, China with 2.10% and Indonesia with 2.50%.
