Staff accounted for 44.0% of total operating expenditures in 2017.
Comparing UniCredit Tiriac Bank with its closest peers, OTP Bank Romania had 1,163 employees with average cost of RON 9,096 per month per person, Garanti Bank Romania operated with 1,049 people (and RON 8,911 per month per employee) and Raiffeisen Bank Romania had 5,314 employees in 2017 with cost of RON 8,716 per month per head.
