Banca Transilvania's loans reached RON 43,847 mil in the third quarter of 2020, up from RON 42,712 mil when compared to the previous quarter and down from when compared to the same period of last year. Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of RON 43,847 mil in 3Q2020 and an all time low of RON 39,382 mil in 4Q2018.
At the end of third quarter of 2020, Banca Transilvania's loans accounted for 48.5% of total deposits and 40.6% of total assets.
Mortgage loans represented 29.8% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 3Q2020, consumer further 25.3% and corporate loans 42.4% of total loans.
