Societe Generale Expressbank's retail loans reached BGN 1,539 mil at the end of 2017, up 9.70% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 11.7%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 35.6% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2017.
Mortgage loans rose 13.2% to BGN 520 mil in 2017 and accounted for 33.8% of the retail loan portfolio.
