Staff accounted for 33.2% of total operating expenditures in 2017. The bank operated a network of 87.0 branches and employed 1,477 persons in 2017.
Comparing Raiffeisenbank Serbia with its closest peers, Komercijalna Banka Beograd operated in 2017 with a cost to income ratio of 63.5% in 2017, Bank Intesa Serbia reached 46.5% and Societe Generale Serbia some 65.9%.
