Serbian banking sector provided mortgage loans of RSD 356 bil in 2017, down 1.10% when compared to the last year.
Komercijalna Banka Beograd accounted for 11.6% of all mortgage loans issued in Serbia at the end of 2017. Historically, the bank’s market share in mortgage loans reached an all time high of 11.9% in 2014 and an all time low of 9.38% in 2011.
