Gazprombank made a net profit of RUB 39.5 bil under revenues of RUB 156 bil in 2018, up 16.9% and 1.15% respectively compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of RUB 56.9 bil in 2010 and an all time low of RUB -72.8 bil in 2008. The average profit in the last five years amounted to RUB 8.62 bil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of RUB 258 bil in 2006 and an all time low of RUB -26.6 bil in 2008. The average revenues in the last five years reached RUB 156 bil.
Comparing Gazprombank with its closest peers, Sberbank generated a net profit of RUB 833 bil with revenues of RUB 1,933 bil in 2018, VTB Bank netted RUB 182 bil (revenues of RUB 605 bil) and Alfa Bank announced a net profit of RUB 89.5 bil (revenues of RUB 213 bil).
