BNP Paribas Bank Polska made a net profit of PLN 460 mil under revenues of PLN 1,823 mil in the second quarter of 2023, up 78.4% and 16.4% respectively when compared to the same period last year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of PLN 488 mil in 1Q2023 and an all time low of PLN -347 mil in 3Q2022. The average profit in the last six quarters amounted to PLN 232 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of PLN 1,823 mil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of PLN 228 mil in 1Q2010. The average revenues in the last six quarters reached PLN 1,484 mil.
When compared to bank's main peers, PKO BP generated a quarterly net profit of PLN 589 mil with revenues of PLN 5,778 mil in 2Q2023, Pekao netted PLN 1,694 mil (revenues of PLN 3,843 mil) and ING Bank Slaski announced a net profit of PLN 1,099 mil (revenues of PLN 2,631 mil).
