Staff accounted for 41.5% of total operating expenditures in 2022. The bank operated a network of 410 branches and employed 8,501 persons in 2022.
Comparing BNP Paribas Bank Polska with its closest peers, PKO BP operated in 2022 with a cost to income ratio of 45.1% in 2022, Pekao reached 54.5% and ING Bank Slaski some 55.7%.
