Bank Handlowy made a net profit of PLN 592 mil under revenues of PLN 1,136 mil in the third quarter of 2023, up 108% and 49.3% respectively when compared to the same period last year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of PLN 612 mil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of PLN -57.9 mil in 4Q2020. The average profit in the last six quarters amounted to PLN 512 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of PLN 1,242 mil in 1Q2023 and an all time low of PLN 414 mil in 1Q2001. The average revenues in the last six quarters reached PLN 1,057 mil.
When compared to bank's main peers, PKO BP generated a quarterly net profit of PLN 2,780 mil with revenues of PLN 6,159 mil in 3Q2023, Pekao netted PLN 1,716 mil (revenues of PLN 3,777 mil) and ING Bank Slaski announced a net profit of PLN 1,162 mil (revenues of PLN 2,662 mil).
