Bank Handlowy generated total banking revenues of PLN 1,136 mil in the third quarter of 2023, up 49.3% when compared to the same period of last year and down 1.25% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of PLN 1,242 mil in 1Q2023 and an all time low of PLN 414 mil in 1Q2001. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to PLN 1,057 mil.
Net interest income represented 72.8% of total revenues, fee income contributed 12.6% and other non-interest income added further 14.6% to the overall revenue generation in 3Q2023.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 6.28% total assets in the third quarter of 2023, up from 4.21% a year earlier.
When compared to bank's main peers, PKO BP generated total revenues of 5.21% of assets in 3Q2023 Pekao operated with 4.87% revenue margin and ING Bank Slaski produced total income worth 4.57% of assets.
