Alpha Bank Romania's corporate deposits reached RON 3,037 mil in 2016, up 28.5% compared to the previous year.

Romanian banking sector accepted corporate deposits of RON 95.2 bil in 2016, up 4.09% when compared to the last year.

Alpha Bank Romania accounted for 3.19% of all corporate deposits taken by banks in Romania at the end of 2016. Historically, the bank’s market share in corporate deposits reached an all time high of 6.58% in 2009 and an all time low of 2.02% in 2001.

That's compared to a 3.74% market share the bank held in terms of total assets at the end of 2016.
