Alfa Bank's retail loans reached RUB 422 bil at the end of 2018, up 66.1% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 18.2%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 20.5% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2018.
Mortgage loans rose 221% to RUB 36.1 bil in 2018 and accounted for 8.55% of the retail loan portfolio.
