ABN AMRO Bank generated total banking revenues of EUR 2,181 mil in the fourth quarter of 2019, down 14.3% when compared to the same period of last year and 13.2% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 2,852 mil in 2Q2017 and an all time low of EUR 1,922 mil in 1Q2013. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to EUR 2,474 mil.
Net interest income represented 72.7% of total revenues, fee income contributed 18.2% and other non-interest income added further 9.08% to the overall revenue generation in 4Q2019.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 2.33% total assets in the fourth quarter of 2019, down from 2.67% a year earlier.
