The Bank offers its financial products and services to private customers, small and medium size enterprises, and large corporates. The Bank's deposit products include fixed deposits, fixed foreign exchange deposits, current accounts, and savings accounts. The Bank’s loan portfolio primarily comprises personal, mortgage, housing, or investment loans. The Bank was formerly known as Volksbank and changed its name to Sberbank Slovakia in February 2013. Sberbank Slovakia is a subsidiary of Sberbank Europe AG. Sberbank Europe manages a banking network of nine universal banks in eight countries of Central and Eastern Europe: in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ukraine.
