Based on a comparison of 17 countries in 2015, Australia ranked the highest in zirconium minerals production with 598 kt followed by South Africa and USA. On the other end of the scale was Sri Lanka with 0.614 kt, Malaysia with 0.826 kt and Vietnam with 1.00 kt.
