Workers' remittances received reached USD 7,140 mil in 2020 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 5.80% more than in the previous year.
Historically, workers' remittances received in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of USD 7,262 mil in 2016 and an all time low of USD 8.56 mil in 1975.
