Based on a comparison of 16 countries in 2010, Italy ranked the highest in wine self-sufficiency in white wine with 228% followed by Spain and Hungary. On the other end of the scale was Belgium with 0.240%, United Kingdom with 0.246% and Slovakia with 37.7%.
