Virgin olive oil production reached 73,915 tonnes in 2014 in Turkey, according to Faostat. This is 60.7% less than in the previous year.
Historically, virgin olive oil production in Turkey reached an all time high of 206,300 tonnes in 2012 and an all time low of 35,000 tonnes in 1989.
