Virgin olive oil production reached 21,853 tonnes in 2014 in Palestine, according to Faostat. This is 23.9% more than in the previous year.
Historically, virgin olive oil production in Palestine reached an all time high of 36,750 tonnes in 1999 and an all time low of 4,771 tonnes in 2009.
Palestine has been ranked 12th within the group of 33 countries we follow in terms of virgin olive oil production.
