Virgin Olive Oil Production in Greece

Virgin olive oil production reached 208,900 tonnes in 2014 in Greece, according to Faostat. This is 30.1% less than in the previous year.

Historically, virgin olive oil production in Greece reached an all time high of 411,285 tonnes in 1997 and an all time low of 56,000 tonnes in 1962.

Greece has been ranked 3rd within the group of 33 countries we follow in terms of virgin olive oil production.
