Based on a comparison of 11 countries in 2022, Madagascar ranked the highest in Vanilla - Area harvested with 73,288 ha followed by Indonesia and China. On the other end of the scale was Kenya with 22.0 ha, Zimbabwe with 23.0 ha and Malawi with 77.0 ha.
