Utilization of whole milk for cheese reached 214 kt in 2015 in Slovakia, according to Eurostat. This is 11.8% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for cheese in Slovakia reached an all time high of 286 kt in 2002 and an all time low of 180 kt in 2011.
