Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2015, France ranked the highest in utilization of whole milk for cheese with 9,727 kt followed by Germany and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Montenegro with 6.50 kt, Slovenia with 73.6 kt and Albania with 91.7 kt.
