Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 132 kt in 2015 in Lithuania, according to Eurostat. This is 52.1% less than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Lithuania reached an all time high of 275 kt in 2014 and an all time low of 81.4 kt in 2004.
