Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 1,021 kt in 2015 in Spain, according to Eurostat. This is 2.89% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Spain reached an all time high of 1,375 kt in 2005 and an all time low of 698 kt in 2013.
