Utilization of Whole Milk for Butter, incl. Dehydrated Butter and Ghee and Other Fats and Oils (kt) in Poland

Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 3,209 kt in 2015 in Poland, according to Eurostat. This is 11.0% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Poland reached an all time high of 3,531 kt in 2005 and an all time low of 2,668 kt in 2013.
