Utilization of Whole Milk for Acidified Milk (Yoghurts and Other) in Hungary

Utilization of whole milk for acidified milk reached 431 kt in 2015 in Hungary, according to Eurostat. This is 5.94% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for acidified milk in Hungary reached an all time high of 475 kt in 2010 and an all time low of 383 kt in 2012.
