Based on a comparison of 17 countries in 2016, France ranked the highest in usable production of white wine with 21,626 1,000 hl followed by Spain and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Belgium with 8.50 1,000 hl, Malta with 9.20 1,000 hl and Latvia with 17.4 1,000 hl.
